Many years ago, I threw a bowl and the people came.
A business was born!

Moreover, as businesses go, life can get all too serious.
As I balance the two, I find myself creating clay works that are humorous with intent.

It seems the more I know, the less I know. Color and form enhance each other, and at times are at odds with one another.

Earthenware clays are so soft; some forms may and will collapse! Whether it comes from the wheel, or the slab, each offers an appreciated challenge to untangle.

Expose it all to 1900 F and we have a party!

Time to go play in the mud.
